I work with teens and adults, dedicating myself to supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. I work with people in the Richland, WA area as well as remotely across Washington state.

I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling for teens, adults, and families, supporting them through challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. One of my greatest passions is helping people navigate through traumatic situations with compassion and clarity so that clients can experience life without being activated by the past.
I am EMDR trained and a Master ART® Certified therapist, and I’ve found these approaches to be highly effective in addressing trauma, loss, phobias, depression, and anxiety. As a wife, mother, and counselor, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and I work to help clients create greater balance, health, and happiness in their daily lives.
Creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment is extremely important to me. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. My goal is to meet people where they are and support them as they work toward the goals they set for themselves.
I believe the best therapy happens through collaboration—where every person feels seen, understood, and respected. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step toward counseling is a meaningful decision and you don't have to navigate it alone.
