If you believe a charge was made in error on your card, please reach out to me directly at kristy@lifesajourneycounseling.com or (509) 730-5547 to discuss; if a situation arises where there is a credit on your account, you can choose to have that credit applied to a future session or refunded back to the card that was charged within 5-10 business days.
